What exactly do I get when I buy a pack?

You get a ZIP file containing all the PNG stickers in the pack at high resolution, with transparent backgrounds. The files are yours to keep and use forever — there are no subscriptions or expiry dates on the files themselves.
How do I download my pack after purchasing?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you'll be shown a download page with secure links for each pack you bought. We also send the same links to your email. Each link lets you download the file up to 5 times and expires after 48 hours — but the files are yours permanently once saved.
What if my download link expires before I save the file?

No worries at all — just reach out to us via the Contact page with your order number and email address, and we'll send you a fresh link straight away.
Do I need to create an account to buy?

Nope! Guest checkout is fully supported. If you do create an account, your order history and download links will be saved there for easy re-access.
What platforms can I use these stickers on?

What are the usage rights?

Packs are licensed for personal social media use. You can use them freely across all your personal accounts. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own. For commercial use (e.g. using them in paid promotions or as part of a product), please contact us first.
Can I resize or edit the stickers?

Yes — you can scale, crop, and apply basic adjustments (brightness, colour filters) for your own use. Significant redrawing or re-colouring for redistribution isn't permitted under the standard licence.
Do the stickers have transparent backgrounds?

Yes, every sticker is a PNG with a fully transparent background so they drop cleanly onto any post, story, or video without a white box around them.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely — we never store your card details.
Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. PayPal payments go through PayPal's own secure infrastructure. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I get a refund?

Are prices in USD?

Yes, all prices are displayed and charged in USD. Your bank or PayPal may apply a currency conversion fee if you're paying in a different currency — that's determined by your payment provider, not us.
What file format are the stickers in?

All stickers are PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Most packs are delivered at 500×500px or larger, suitable for any social media platform.
The ZIP file won't open — what do I do?

Make sure you're using a current version of your operating system's built-in ZIP extractor, or a tool like 7-Zip (Windows) or The Unarchiver (Mac). If the file appears corrupted, contact us and we'll re-upload a fresh copy.
Can I use the stickers on mobile?

Yes! Save the PNG files to your phone's camera roll. Most social media apps let you upload images directly as stickers or overlays from your gallery.
