Chimii sells instant digital download products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a file has been successfully downloaded. This is standard practice for digital products and is consistent with consumer protection regulations for digital content across most jurisdictions.
We take product quality seriously. Every pack is tested before release. But if something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right.
If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem: β’ The ZIP file is corrupted, won't open, or is incomplete. β’ Files are missing compared to the stated sticker count. β’ The download link never worked or delivered an error. β’ You received files from the wrong pack. β’ You were charged more than once for the same order. We will investigate promptly and either replace the file, issue a corrected download link, or provide a full refund at our discretion. We aim to resolve all technical issues within 24 hours.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after downloading the product. We encourage you to read the pack description and preview images carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure whether a pack is right for you, please contact us first β we're happy to answer questions before you buy.
If you accidentally purchased a pack and have not yet downloaded any files, please contact us immediately. We may issue a refund at our discretion in this situation. Once files have been downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, contact us with both charge references. We will verify and refund any duplicate payment in full, usually within 2β5 business days depending on your payment provider.
To report a technical issue or request assistance: 1. Go to our Contact page. 2. Select 'Order / Download Issue' or 'Refund Request' as the subject. 3. Include your order number, the email address you used, and a clear description of the issue. We'll respond as quickly as possible β usually within a few hours on weekdays.
If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or PayPal without contacting us first, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with our order records. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly first β we will always work to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly.
