By accessing or using Chimii ("the Site") and purchasing any digital products ("Packs"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make any purchases.
All products sold on Chimii are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased Pack(s) via time-limited secure links sent to your email address and displayed on your confirmation page.
When you purchase a Pack, Chimii grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the included sticker files for personal social media purposes only. This includes posting on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, and similar services, on your own personal accounts.
You may NOT:\nā¢ Resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the sticker files with others.\nā¢ Claim the artwork as your own.\nā¢ Use the stickers in commercial advertising, paid campaigns, or as part of a product you sell, without prior written consent from Chimii.\nā¢ Significantly alter and redistribute the stickers as new works.\nā¢ Use the stickers in content that is hateful, illegal, or harmful.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe and/or PayPal. Chimii does not store your full card details. Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a file has been successfully downloaded. If you experience a technical issue ā such as a corrupted or incomplete file ā please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly, at our discretion, by replacing or re-delivering the file.
Download links are valid for 48 hours and allow up to 5 download attempts per item. Once downloaded, the files are yours to keep. Expired links can be renewed by contacting us with your order details.
All artwork, designs, illustrations, and other content on Chimii are the intellectual property of Chimii and its creators. Nothing on this Site grants you any rights beyond the licence described in Section 3.
The Site and all products are provided "as is." Chimii makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chimii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
